Perla Carreira
Perla was born in Rio de Janeiro but has been living in Lisbon with her family since 2020. With a degree in Advertising and a postgraduate degree in Research from UERJ, she began her professional journey at Bradesco Seguros, working on qualitative and quantitative projects focused on the automotive and healthcare sectors.
Roman Meytin
With an international journey that bridges technology, marketing, and human behavior, it was in Brazil that Roman found his greatest inspiration. The country’s vibrant culture and unique energy led him to co-found a market research company dedicated to understanding the Brazilian consumer. For him, true wealth lies in connections and the pursuit of transformative experiences.
Lara Vainer
A psychologist specialized in qualitative methodologies, Lara has spent over two decades translating experiences into insights — with depth and attentive listening — across market research, consumer behavior, UX, and studies in the pharmaceutical and healthcare fields. She has collaborated with global brands, but it is in Brazil — with its diversity, warmth, and complexity — that she finds her greatest inspiration and sense of purpose.
Matheus Calixto
Psychologist graduated from UFSC, Matheus works with market research, opinion, and UX, connecting numbers and people with an analytical eye and attentive listening. His experience in social projects and for major brands is shaped by the Brazilian identity that forms him—diverse, critical, and affectionate. For him, listening is about building bridges between data and realities, always with purpose and sensitivity.
