Graduated in Psychology from the Federal University of Santa Catarina, Matheus has over three years of experience in market research, opinion, and UX, combining technical skills, active listening, and analytical thinking. Throughout his career, he has worked with global brands such as Microsoft, Meta, Adobe, Pfizer, Colgate, and Johnson & Johnson, always attentive to the human nuances behind the data—connecting people and numbers with empathy and precision.

He grew up between Curitiba and Florianópolis, where he was deeply influenced by Brazil’s cultural and natural diversity. The island, with its Azorean traditions, samba circles, and surf culture, shaped his perspective and reinforced his connection with the country’s multiple identities. This experience is reflected in his way of listening, welcoming, and sharing Brazilian culture with the world.

His background also includes Social Psychology, with transformative experiences such as psychosocial care in an urban quilombo and coordinating reflective groups with men who have perpetrated violence. These experiences deepened his critical view on race, gender, and sexuality. Self-taught in English, he now connects with global teams without losing his roots in what shapes him: the richness and complexity of Brazil.

For Matheus, listening is a political and affective act. It is through listening that he builds bridges between the local and the global, between data and people. In his practice, research becomes a tool for transformation—with impact, sensitivity, and, above all, a Brazilian soul.
