A Carioca at heart and soul, she was born in Rio de Janeiro and, since 2020, has made Lisbon her family’s home. With a background in Advertising and a postgraduate specialization in Research from UERJ, she began her career at Bradesco Seguros, utilizing qualitative and quantitative methodologies in the automotive and healthcare sectors.

With experience on both “sides of the table,” she has been part of leading companies such as Nielsen and Kantar. Most recently, she served as Head of Operations at Grupo Consumoteca, supporting clients like Unilever, Nestlé, C&A, Coca-Cola, and Masterfoods. For over a decade, she was Consumer Market & Insights Manager at L’Oréal, leading strategic research for iconic beauty brands such as L’Oréal Paris, Kérastase, L’Oréal Professionnel, Redken, and Vichy.

With a human-centric and strategic perspective, Perla believes research goes beyond data—it’s about understanding people. With more than 20 years of experience, she masters diverse qualitative and quantitative research techniques, but her true strength lies in people management. Her empathetic leadership, combined with clarity and a sense of humor, has allowed her to build a career rooted in genuine connections and the development of purpose-driven teams.

Even while living abroad, Brazil continues to beat in her heart. She carries the warmth, culture, and unique joy of her people wherever she goes. To her, being Brazilian is a source of pride that transcends borders, reflecting in the way she shares her passion for the country with the world.
