Roman Meytin
Born in Baku, Azerbaijan, Roman grew up in a home where education was a way of life. At the age of 12, he immigrated to the United States with his family, adapting to a new culture and language. Overcoming challenges, he graduated with degrees in Computer Science and Psychology from the University of Maryland—a combination that fueled his career at the crossroads of technology, human behavior, and marketing.
He worked in the dynamic startup world and eventually became Head of New Project Development at Advertising.com, later acquired by AOL. Roman went on to found IsoTree, a lead generation company that became the third-largest in the U.S. automotive sector, generating over 5 million leads and managing more than $100 million in marketing trends.
Having visited more than 25 countries and learned five languages, it was in Brazil that Roman discovered his true passion. Captivated by the hospitality, culture, and contagious energy, he felt the country was like a dream come true—worthy of a Paulo Coelho novel. Inspired by this connection, he co-founded a market research company devoted to creating value through ethical and in-depth research on the Brazilian consumer.
For Roman, life is about connecting ideas, cultures, and people. His journey continues to be guided by curiosity, learning, and the belief that the most meaningful experiences are those that evolve, inspire, and never cease to amaze.
